• Hotel for adults only. So that you can enjoy our extensive gardens with wonderful views of the rolling hills of Monferrato and our saltwater pool in peace, Country House Montessino is only open to adults aged 16 and over.

• Pets. Out of consideration for other guests, we unfortunately cannot offer you a place for your 4-pawed family member.

• Check-in between 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Please let us know if you arrive after 8 p.m. (surcharge 20€). Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

• Minimum stay. We look forward to your booking for min. 2 nights or more.

• Free Parking in our private parking lot right next to the accommodation. 

• Free wifi, everywhere

• Charging of electric cars is possible on-site.

• Smoking is permitted in the garden and on your private balcony.

• Throughout the day we are happy to serve cold plates, aperitifs, and local wines. Soft drinks, mineral water, and beer are always available in self-service from the guest refrigerator. We therefore kindly ask you to refrain from bringing/consuming food and drinks from outside. 

• We are happy to make our outdoor areas (garden, loungers, pool) as well as La Scuderia available to you after check-out until sunset for €15/person. Please inform our staff in good time.

• Use is reserved exclusively for our guests

• Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge. Kindly use loungers only with bath towel.

• For hygienic reasons, please use the shower before use!

• Open from May 1st (depending on weather conditions) to October 31st

• Pool use is at your own risk

• Enjoy our Finnish Sauna in a private setting for you and your partner. Relax during the sauna sessions in the relaxation room with a tea corner with a fine selection of teas.

• For a complete sauna experience, various aromatic oils are available for infusion.

• Open 2pm - 7pm from mid-September to late May. Reservation is mandatory.

• Sauna towel, bathrobe, flip-flops per person are included

• lemon water and seasonal fruits are served during your sauna session​​

up to 2 hours €45/couple, each additional 1/4 hour €5   

• Use is reserved exclusively for our guests.

• Accommodates 2 people and has 42 jets.

• Open from Easter to October. Reservation is desired,as the warm-up time takes a few hours in cooler months.

• For reasons of hygiene, it is not allowed to use bathroom towels for external use. We are happy to provide you with pool towels (4 €) and/or a bathrobe (€6).

• Our Zen island in the middle of the meadow with a wide view is the ideal place to meditate or to have time for yourself. Guests describe this magical place as a place of power.

• Zen Island can be used at any time for free.

• We give particular importance to sustainability and ecology. That is why we have invested in solar panels, so that  good part of the electricity consumption derives from solar energy.

• To avoid unnecessary plastic waste, we do not use single-use disposable portions, whether at breakfast nor in the rooms.

• We consider local, small businesses. Shower gel from Antos Natural Cosmetics, Ozzano Monferrato. At the breakfast buffet, you can enjoy the hazelnut cream (without palm oil) from Corilu, Lu Monferrato, as well as the jams (without pectin) from Il Mongetto, Vignale Monferrato, and Honey by Orso Bruno, Ottiglio.

• Change of linen and towels: for the sake of the environment, we change towels upon request, and bed linen after 7 days.
