For longer stays, 1 intermediate cleaning at €45 is mandatory every 10 days. 

Minimum overnight stays: 3-4 nights. 7 nights Aug.

Apartment all'Ulivo - adults only

The spacious apartment (61 m2) is an integrated part of Country House Montessino, with its own separate entrance and private patio. The apartment is on the ground floor and is equipped with:

  • 1 bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds, TV

  • Fly screens in both rooms

  • Cozy living room with sofa bed (140 x 204 cm), dining table, TV, fireplace, well-equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and 4 gas hobs

  • spacious bathroom with a walk-in comfort shower with an adjustable water jet. Free shower gel from Atos natural cosmetics

  • individually adjustable air conditioners (warm/cold)

  • underfloor heating

  • Free wifi

  • Private patio

  • Free use of Country House Montessino's infrastructure such as park with loungers, gym, yoga room, Zen island, outdoor saltwater pool, and of the whirlpool (kindly read opening hours)

General Terms and Conditions

Prices:

per night and unit without breakfast.

Deposit:

All'Ulivo €100/stay

La Casetta €200/stay.

The deposit will be refunded after the inspection of the apartment/house upon your checkout.

 

Minimum stay:

apartment all'Ulivo 4-6 nights. August 6 nights 

house La Casetta 3-5 nights. August 7 nights

  • free Wifi

  • water costs

  • first set of bed linen and towels (1 towel + 1 bath towel per person)

Check-in & check-out

Check-in between 3pm and 8pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.

Check out by 10 a.m. at the latest

Payment & Cancellation:

Once the booking request is made the accommodation will be blocked for you for 2 days. Once the booking is confirmed from your side, 

30% of the rent is due upon booking. Final payment (including deposit) at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival. Payments are only possible with bank transfers. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking of the accommodation is considered confirmed.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. Cancellations between 14 and 29 days before arrival, refund of 50%. Less than 14 days: no refund possible. If the tenant cancels their stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
