La Casetta (children starting from 14 years of age)

Our cottage La Casetta is situated in front of the main house

and offers:

• 1 bedroom with queen-size (160x190) bed with comfortable memory foam mattresses

• 1 bedroom with 2 large single beds (120x190 cm) with memory foam mattresses

• cozy living room with bed sofa (142 x 199 cm)
  dining table and flatscreen TV

• 1 bathroom with walk-in shower

• in all rooms individually adjustable air- conditioning/heating units 

• in all rooms individually adjustable heating radiators

• All rooms with fly screens

• Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer and 4 gas cookers

• patio and private garden area

• garden furniture and small BBQ grill

• free car park at the house

• free Wifi

In total 4-6 sleeps. The two bed rooms lay on the first floor.

Across the courtyard, you will find an outdoor saltwater pool,

jacuzzi, sauna (extra charge), gym, yoga studio and the Zen Island for relaxing moments, which are shared with the guests of the B&B Country House Montessino. In addition, you can book massages and/or yoga classes.

Minimum stay: 3 nights, execpt  July and August 7 nights

Dogs are welcome after prior agreement at €40/sojourn.

2-room apartment all'Ulivo 

The 2-room apartment is an integrated part of Country House Montessino, but has its own separate entrance and patio.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is equipped with:

• 1 bedroom with double bed or twin bedded

• Cozy living room with sofa bed (140 x 204 cm),
  Satellite TV and fireplace

• Bathroom with walk-in shower

• Well-equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer
  and 4 gas cookers

• all rooms equipped with fly screens

• all rooms  equipped with individually adjustable air- conditioning/heating units

• Underfloor heating

• Private patio

• Free Wifi

• Free car park

​In total 2 + 1-2 sleeps. Minimum stay 3 nights, in August 7 nights. 

The facilities of Country House Montessino like an outdoor saltwater pool, jacuzzi, gym, yoga studio, and zen island are shared with the guests of the B&B and can be used for free. Sauna (extra charge). Additionally, you can book relaxing massages and/or yoga classes.

Terms and conditions

Prices:

Breakfast excluded. We offer a breakfast buffet at €15/person in the main house.

Any additional adult (more than 4) in La Casetta €30 per night/person

Minimum stay:

3 nights. During high season August 7 nights.

• Free use of swimming pool, whirlpool, gym, ZEN-Island, yoga studio of Country House Montessino. Please note that from 1.11. until Easter swimming pool and jacuzzi remain closed).

• Breakfast. However, we offer a breakfast buffet in the main house for €15/person

• Bedclothes €10/person

• Towels (1 shower + 1 hands) €8/pers)

• Pool towel €4, bathrobe €6

Check-in after 3 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.

Payment & Cancellation terms 

30% of the rental is due upon booking. Rest payment 2 weeks prior to arrival. Payments are only possible by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the paid deposit will not be refunded but can be used for a new booking within one year. However, with cancellation following no show fees are due:

up to 30 days before rental: 50 % of the rental price 

up to 15 days before rental: 80 % of the rental price

later than 7 days before rental: 100 % of the rental price

If the tenant terminates its stay prematurely, the full rental price remains due.
